She focuses on a client’s entire network of relationships to understand their history and therapeutic goals. Maddie also relies on frameworks such as attachment therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy in her work with clients. Maddie has worked with clients with a variety of mental health concerns and life experiences and recognizes the role of systemic and generational factors in clients’ lives. Maddie takes an attitude of learning from her clients and enjoys working with clients of any identity or background. Her primary concerns are being open to feedback and creating a safe environment for clients to process experiences and grow towards their goal.
