Jerica Hayes, LMFT, CADC
Lead Adult Therapist
Jerica earned her master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy and obtained her Certification in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from Adler University. Her clinical training has allowed her to work with a wide variety of people and gain experience working in many different settings, such as homeless shelters, group homes, drop-in centers, residential substance abuse treatment, and outpatient therapy centers. Jerica has experience and a passion for working with individuals, couples, families, persons of all genders and orientations, trauma, and addiction. She takes a systemic and holistic approach to therapy, believing that it is imperative to understand how a client’s family, friends, experiences, and dimensions of culture (etc.) impact them. Jerica believes in tailoring the therapeutic experience to the individual so they can feel safe, heard, validated, and achieve the progress they are wanting. When Jerica is not working, she enjoys being with her cats, watching true crime, and trying really hard to make yoga a part of her regular routine.
