Casey (she/her) is a therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School, specializing in Latine Mental Health. She is dedicated to providing a warm, nonjudgmental space for her clients, and offers sessions in both English and Spanish.
Casey has training and experience working with survivors of trauma, and incorporates a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach in her work. She uses a systemic lens, recognizing the impact of external factors such as racism, classism, homophobia, ablism, and sexism on an individual’s lived experiences and challenges.
Guided by a feminist perspective, Casey is both curious and collaborative, emphasizing the importance of shared understanding and partnership in creating a tailored therapeutic approach that honors each person’s unique journey.
