Molly is a recent graduate of Northeastern Illinois University, working under the close supervision of Jerica Hayes as she pursues dual Illinois state licensure in Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling. Molly began her journey toward becoming a counselor as a case manager for the Department of Human Services, later advancing to Assistant Team Lead for an outreach Assertive Community Treatment at Trilogy. Her approach is both culturally responsive and trauma-informed, drawing on the Satir Growth Model through an Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) lens. Molly is also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Dedicated to creating a compassionate, warm, and non-judgmental space, Molly empowers her clients to explore their experiences and strengths, fostering hope for their growth and well-being. Her clients trust her consistent support and feel comfortable discussing challenging topics within the safety of the environment she provides.

Molly has therapeutic experience working with Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, Hoarding Disorder, Addiction Disorders, and those recovering from Adverse Childhood Experiences. She is skilled at reaching clients who identify as neurodivergent through her hands-on, visual style of guidance, which emphasizes practical tools and interactive techniques.

In family and couples counseling, Molly focuses on aligning interests and visions for each unique family unit by encouraging individuals to develop their voices. She addresses a wide range of family and couple topics, including parenting, intimacy, and communication. In any session, clients will learn about attachment styles, emotional regulation, and mindfulness techniques.

Molly finds deep fulfillment in her work and is eager to support individuals and families on their journey to healing and growth.
